Arrival Times
New Clients: I ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for intake process. There is an intake form that will be emailed to you with the confirmation of your appointment. Please take the time to fill this out before your arrival so it doesn't take away from your massage time.

Existing Clients: I ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for intake.

Reschedule/Cancellations/No-Show
If an emergency arises, please call/text 603-312-0849 so that the therapist may treat your specific situation with personal attention. The therapist recognizes that there are rare instances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and make an exception to these policies on those rare occasions.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you are required to do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full price for the session. The reason being this time is allotted for you and if you don't cancel/reschedule in 24 hours the therapist is unable to have sufficient time to find someone to fill this time slot and be paid. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session. If you are running late, please know that your session time will only go until the scheduled end time. If you are 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show, so please call/text 603-312-0849 to notify the therapist of your late arrival.

Refunds on cancellations on a partial or full payment of your appointment will be issued upon your request. Any credit card ("convenience fee") fees charged online during your booking will not be refunded.
