Arrival Times

New Clients: I ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for intake process. There is an intake form that will be emailed to you with the confirmation of your appointment. Please take the time to fill this out before your arrival so it doesn't take away from your massage time.

Existing Clients: I ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for intake.

Reschedule or Cancellations

I kindly ask that you contact me 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you are running late please contact me. If you are 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show. No shows or same day cancellations are responsible for a $50 fee.
