Therapeutic Relaxation Massage

This session provides a custom relaxation massage that uses light to medium pressure and long-flowing strokes. This treatment will help relieve stress by calming the nervous system, increase blood flow, aid in relieving depression and anxiety, and much more. All while creating space within your body for healing. Lymph drainage can be incorporated into this treatment. Also, it's a great way to prepare your body for better chiropractic results.
*30 minute sessions are great for anyone wanting to receive treatment on a specific area between routine maintenance. Not for new clients that haven't been seen yet.
Massage oils and creams used
I use organic massage creams and gels that are hypoallergenic and nut-free in all treatment sessions. Locally sourced CBD balm with solomon seal or Doterra Deep Blue Rub are utilized in the deep tissue and sports massages to reduce inflammation and sooth sore muscles and joints.
Therapeutic Deep / Sports Massage

This treatment is great for athletes, those leading active lives, or for people with chronic pain, or injuries, surgeries, or musculoskeletal conditions such as scoliosis. CBD balm or Doterra Deep Blue rub will be incorporated into the treatment per your needs. Myofascial release, trigger point, pin and stretch, as well as stretching and mobility work will be incorporated to help you recover, increase performance, and get relief from chronic pain. It's also a great way to better your chiropractic results.
*30 minute sessions are great for targeting a specific area in between routine maintenance. Not for new clients that haven't been seen yet.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
60 min: $100
Lymphatic drainage massage is a technique that uses very light pressure to encourage the superficial lymph fluid to flow to move throughout the body. Commonly used for reducing swelling from lymphedema, arthritis, edema and other immune system disorders by removing waste from within the system. It can also assist in reducing congestion from colds, allergies, and great for pre- and post-surgery recovery.

- In this treatment you will be asked to remove all articles of clothing and jewelry to allow for optimal circulation of the lymph fluid. You will be draped at all times.
